杭白菊总黄酮提取物的体外抗氧化性及抑菌活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 测定不同质量浓度杭白菊总黄酮提取物的还原力、DPPH自由基清除率、羟自由基清除率以及抑菌能力,明确其体外抗氧化及抑菌活性。结果表明,杭白菊总黄酮提取物的体外抗氧化性存在剂量效应,其抗氧化能力随着质量浓度的增加而增大,但总体不及VC抗氧化能力;对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌以及单核细胞增生李斯特菌4种供试菌在体外具有的抑制作用,均随着总黄酮提取物质量浓度的升高而加强,且其抑菌活性不具特异性,同一质量浓度下对4种不同供试菌抑菌活性无显著性差异。 The reducing power,DPPH free radical scavenging rate,hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and antibacterial activity of total flavonoids extracts from different concentrations of Chrysanthemum morifolium were determined,and their antioxidant and antibacterial activities in vitro were determined.The results showed that there was dose effects on the antioxidant capacity of flavonoids extracted from Chrysanthemum morifolium,which increased with the increase of mass concentration,and the antioxidant capacity was generally weaker than that of vitamin C.The total flavonoids exhibited obvious inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes,the inhibitory effects increased with the increase of the mass concentration of total flavonoids,and the bacteriostatic activity was not specific.There was no significant difference among the bacteriostatic activity of four different tested bacteria at the same mass concentration.
