基于QFD的高校工科专业内部教学质量保障措施研究——以汽车服务工程专业为例

Research on Internal Teaching Quality Guarantee Measures of Engineering Specialty in Colleges and Universities Based on QFD: Taking Automobile Service Engineering as an Example

随着经济的快速发展,科技的贡献越来越大,科技人才的培养很大程度上受到工科专业教学质量的影响.本文以汽车服务工程专业为例,以质量功能展开(QFD)为研究方法,研究高校工科专业内部教学质量保障问题.通过对用人单位、汽车服务工程专业往届毕业生和在校学生进行访谈,分析得出10项重要的顾客需求,即团队协作能力、知识综合应用能力、实践能力、抗压能力、专业能力、创新能力、职业生涯规划能力、学习能力、组织管理能力和竞争能力;结合高校内部教学质量保障的要素,确定了实现上述10项顾客需求的主要质量特性,并分析了质量特性的自相关关系以及质量特性与顾客需求的关系.针对某高校A的汽车服务工程专业人才培养质量,展开了市场竞争性分析和技术竞争性分析,并计算质量特性重要度.针对6项重要度较高的质量特性,即积极组织学生参与各类竞赛和项目、强化实验与实践教学、强化师资力量、积极搭建就业和实习基地、丰富课外活动和完善教学设备及图书馆藏书,提出了一些汽车服务工程专业教学质量的保障措施,为其他工科专业保障教学质量提供了参考.

With the rapid development of economy,the contribution of science and technology is increasing and the training of scientific and technological talents is greatly influenced by the teaching quality of engineering major.In this paper,taking the automobile service engineering as an example,the quality function deployment(QFD)was used as the research method to study the internal teaching quality guarantee of engineering major in Colleges and universities.Through interviews with employers,graduates and students in colleges and universities of automotive service engineering,ten important customer demands were obtained through analysis,such as team cooperation ability,comprehensive application ability of knowledge,practical ability,pressure resistance ability,professional ability,innovation ability,career planning ability,learning ability,organization and management ability and competitive ability.Combined with the elements of internal teaching quality guarantee in colleges and universities,the main quality characteristics of realizing the above ten customer demands were determined and the autocorrelation relationship of quality characteristics and the relationship between quality characteristics and customer demands were analyzed.Aiming at the training quality of automobile service engineering professionals in A colleges,market competitiveness analysis and technology competitiveness analysis were carried out and the importance of quality characteristics were calculated.Aiming at six important quality characteristics,such as actively organizing students to participate in various competitions and projects,strengthening experimental and practical teaching,strengthening teachers,actively building employment and practice bases,enriching extracurricular activities,improving teaching equipment and library collection,some measures were put forward to guarantee the teaching quality of automobile service engineering,which can provide a reference for other engineering majors.
