摘要
非编码RNA(non⁃coding RNAs,ncRNAs)是一类不编码蛋白质的RNA分子,占据了人类基因组的大部分。研究发现,非编码RNA与成骨分化及骨代谢关系密切。目前,许多与骨相关疾病发病机制尚未明了。因此,本文重点介绍了三种常见非编码RNA(微小RNA,长链非编码RNA和环状RNA)的分类,作用机制,对骨生长分化、骨代谢的影响,以及对骨相关疾病的影响等方面。
Non⁃coding RNAs(ncRNAs)is a kind of RNA that does not encode a protein and occupies most of the human genome.Studies found that non⁃coding RNAs are closely related to osteogenic differentiation and bone metabolism.At present,pathogenesis of many bone⁃related diseases are not yet clear.Therefore,this article focuses on the classification and mechanism of three common non⁃coding RNAs(microRNAs,long noncoding RNAs and circular RNAs),and their effects on bone growth,differentiation,metabolism and bone⁃related diseases.
