摘要 目的:设计一款基于Android移动平台的心音采集软件,可以用于采集并保存用户的心音。方法:使用Android Studio开发工具设计心音采集软件,软件具有用户姓名输入、听诊区选择等功能。使用时域卷积对心音进行实时带通滤波,通过SeekBar控件控制显示的心音波形幅度大小。为了便于用户及时了解当前听诊位置心音强度以便于选择最佳听诊位置,软件实时计算心音的香农能量包络,并与心音波形同步显示。使用输入输出流同步保存滤波前和滤波后的心音信号。结果:该软件可实时显示心音波形及其香农能量包络,延迟不超过0.2 s,同时可保存带通滤波前后的数据。结论:该软件完善了现有心音采集软件的功能,弥补了国内电子听诊器软件的不足,对于电子听诊器应用的普及化有一定的意义。 Objective To design a heart sound acquisition software based on Android mobile platform to record the heart sounds of users.Methods Android Studio development tools were used to design a piece of heart sound acquisition software.The software had the functions of user name input,auscultation area selection,etc.,which applied time domain convolution to carrying out real-time band-pass filtering of the heart sound.The amplitude of heart sound waveform was regulated by SeekBar control.The software calculated Shannon energy envelope of the heart sound in real time and displayed it synchronously with the heart sound waveform in order to facilitate users to know the heart sound intensity of the current auscultation position in time and select the best auscultation position.The input and output streams were employed to save the heart sound signals before and after filtering.Results The software displayed the heart sound waveform and Shannon energy envelope in real time,with a delay of no more than 0.2 s.At the same time,it could save the data before and after band-pass filtering.Conclusion The software improves the function of the existing heart sound acquisition software,makes up for the shortcomings of the electronic stethoscope software in China,and is of significance for the popularization of the electronic stethoscope.
