Application of intelligent logistics robot to automatic logistics management in hospital operating room

目的:探讨智能物流机器人在医院手术室自动物流管理中的应用,以提高手术室耗材精细化管理水平。方法:针对手术室耗材配送管理中存在的问题,基于医院资源规划(hospital resource planning,HRP)系统,建立智能物流机器人管理系统与HRP系统的通道,利用Wi-Fi通信技术将手术间、手术耗材库及智能物流机器人进行紧密联合,实现智能物流机器人自动配送手术耗材。结果:提升了耗材配送效率,降低了耗材配送环节的差错率,缩短了护士领用耗材所需的等候时间。结论:手术室智能物流机器人配送管理方案应用实践效果良好,具有较强的可行性与推广性,可有效提高医院手术室耗材精细化管理水平。

Objective To enhance operating room consumables precision management by applying the intelligent logistics robot in autonomic logistics management of the hospital operating room.Methods A channel between the intelligent logistics robot management system and hospital resource planning(HRP)system was established to solve the problems existing in operating room consumables distribution management,then Wi-Fi communication technology was used to connect the operating room,operating consumables warehouse and intelligent robot so as to realize auto operating consumables distribution by the intelligent robot.Results The consumables distribution had its efficiency increased while the error rate decreased,and the waiting time for nurses to receive consumables was shortened.Conclusion The distribution management scheme of intelligent logistics robot in the operating room has good practical effect,strong feasibility and popularization,and can effectively improve the consumables precision management of consumables in the hospital operating room.
