摘要 目的:研制一款应用于眼战伤冲洗结膜囊的装置,以在一线抢救时预防并发症的发生。方法:冲洗装置采用流量、压力控制的技术形式,由冲洗开关、冲洗液管、加压腔体、加压手柄、压力指示装置、吸液软管(重力球)、冲洗瓶等组成。冲洗瓶采用一次性注塑成型,容积为250 ml。选用医用级聚乙烯、聚丙烯、食品级硅胶及医用不锈钢为材料,可采用环氧乙烷消毒灭菌。结果:该冲洗装置的预加压和压力控制装置设计保证了冲洗流速与压力稳定并能有效提示压力状态,安全性高;一体式单手握持设计解放了双手操作,节时省力、节约空间、操作简易;重力球设计可达到全方位吸水。结论:该装置具有流速可控、操作简单、耗时短、成本低等特点,能在一线抢救时提供安全、快捷、高效的结膜囊冲洗,有效预防并发症发生,为眼战伤的一线救治提供有力保障。 Objective To develop a device for conjunctiva sac irrigation for eye war wound treatment to prevent complications during field first aid.Methods The device adopted the technical form of flow-pressure controlled,and was composed of an irrigation switch,an irrigation pipe,a compression cavity,a compression handle,a pressure indicator,a pipet(gravity ball),irrigation bottle and etc.The 250 ml irrigation bottle was made by one-step injection molding,which was made of medical grade polyethylene,polypropylene,food grade silica gel and medical stainless and was sterilized through epoxy ethane.Results The pre-compression and pressure control units gifted the device with high safety by stable irrigation flow velocity and pressure as well as pressure state indication;the device saved time,space and manpower,and had easy operation due to its integrated single handheld structure;the gravity ball realized omni-directional water absorption.Conclusion The device has the characteristics of controllable flow rate,simple operation,short time consumed and low cost.It can execute safe,fast and efficient conjunctival sac irrigation and effectively prevent complications during field first aid.
