外源钙对盐胁迫下黄芩幼苗的生理效应 被引量:8

Effects of Exogenous Calcium on Physiological Characteristics of Scutellaria baicalensis Seedlings under Salt Stress

摘要 为探讨外源钙处理对盐胁迫下黄芩幼苗生理生化变化规律的影响,以商洛一年生黄芩幼苗为试材,通过添加不同浓度(0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1.0 mmol/L)外源钙处理盐胁迫下商洛黄芩盆栽幼苗,测定SOD、POD和CAT的活性以及脯氨酸、MDA含量等相关生理指标,分析各指标的变化规律。结果表明:与蒸馏水对照相比,盐胁迫条件下,黄芩幼苗SOD、POD和CAT活性明显降低,MDA含量显著升高;但SOD、POD、CAT活性和脯氨酸含量随着添加钙离子浓度的升高,均呈现先升高后降低趋势,其中POD、SOD活性在T4时达到峰值:POD活性为346ΔA470/(min·g),SOD活性为196(吸光度/g),CAT活性在T3处理下提前出现峰值337Δ240/(min·g);随着外源钙浓度升高,MDA含量呈降低趋势。添加0.8 mmol/L CaCl2对于缓解黄芩幼苗盐胁迫伤害效果最佳。 In order to investigate the effects of exogenous calcium treatment on physiological and biochemical changes of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings under salt stress, we used one-year-old Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings in Shangluo as test materials in this experiment. The potted seedlings were treated with different concentrations of calcium(0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 mmol/L). The activities of SOD, POD and CAT and the contents of proline and MDA were determined. The changes of these indexes were analyzed. The results showed that under salt stress, the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and MDA in Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings decreased significantly compared with those in distilled water. The activities of SOD, POD, CAT and proline increased first and then decreased with the increase of exogenous calcium concentration, and the activities of POD and SOD reached the peak at T4. The POD activity was 346 ΔA470/(min·g). The SOD activity was 196(absorbance/g), and CAT peak value was 337Δ240/(min·g) in advance under T3 treatment. MDA content decreased with the increase of exogenous calcium concentration. The treatment with adding 0.8 mmol/L CaCl2 was the best way to alleviate the salt stress injury of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings.
