基层农技员信息特征分析——以江西省景德镇市基层农技推广体系为例

Analysis of Information Characteristics of Grassroots Agricultural Technicians: Taking Grassroots Agricultural Technology Extension System in Jingdezhen as An Example

利用定性研究与定量研究(主成分分析法、多维度偏好分析法)相结合的方法,以江西省景德镇市基层农技员信息特征实地调研数据的处理和分析为基础,深入了解基层农技员的基本情况、农技推广现状、存在问题以及信息需求、信息获取渠道、媒介使用倾向性等方面信息,并根据这些特征从多个角度提出了未来工作展望,以促进基层农技员业务水平及综合素质等各方面的提升。

In this paper, qualitative research and quantitative research(principal component analysis, multi-dimensional preference analysis) are combined. Based on the processing and analysis of field survey data on the information characteristics of grass-roots agricultural technicians in Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province, the basic situation of grass-roots agricultural technicians, the current situation of agricultural technology extension, existing problems, information demand, information access channels, media usage tendency and other aspects of information are deeply understood, and future work prospects are put forward from various angles according to these characteristics, so as to promote the improvement of professional level and comprehensive quality of grass-roots agricultural technicians and other aspects.
