Planning ideas of prevention-management-controlling system of flood prevention and waterlogging harnessing security system in Nanping

在分析福建省南平市洪涝灾害突出特点和存在问题的基础上,提出了防洪安全保障规划的目标和策略,从基础设施网络建设、行蓄洪空间管理、风险控制体系三个方面提出了防洪减灾体系规划思路,构建防、管、控"三位一体"的防洪治涝安全保障体系。

The objective and strategy of flood prevention were made based on the analysis of characters of flood disaster in Nanping.The planning ideas were put forward including flood prevention infrastructure construction,flood storage area manangement and risk control system,which can provide reference for prevention-management-controlling system of flood prevention and waterlogging harnessing security.
