与子女关系对农村老人心理健康的影响

Study on the influence of rural elderly mental health in the relationship with their children

[目的]探讨子女数量、子女经济特征、代际关系等对老人心理健康的影响。[方法]对云南省15个州(市)60周岁及以上农村老人进行抽样调查,收回1983份有效问卷,覆盖云南省92个自然村。通过二分类Logistic回归分析影响老人心理健康的因素。[结果]农村老人心理健康评分为(93.95±23.084)分,其中得分为75分及以上有1541人(77.7%),75分以下有442人(22.3%)。单因素分析显示,与子女关系、子女经济状况、子女是否外出打工、子女对老人关心程度和子女探访频率对老人心理健康影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,子女数、与子女关系、子女是否在外打工、子女对老人的关心程度对老年人的心理健康有影响(P<0.05)。[结论]子女仍是农村老年父母心理慰藉的重要来源;代际关系中存在一定的矛盾心理;多子未必多福,女儿作用越来越重要;子女经济状况的影响呈现出复杂性。

Objective This paper discusses the influence of the number of children,their economic situation and intergenerational relationship on mental health of the elderly.Methods It conducted sampling survey to 60 years old or above rural elderly in 15 prefectures of Yunnan province,1983 questionnaires were recieved,covered 92 natural villages.It analyzed the influence factors of mental health on rural elderly by binary logistic regression analysis.Results The score of rural elderly mental health was(93.95±23.084),there was 1541(77.7%)elders’score was 75 or above,and 442(22.3%)elders’score was below 75.Single factor analysis showed that there was statistical significance in difference of influencing rural elderly mental health by the relationship with children,children’s economic situation,whether children out-migrantion for work,concern level of children and visiting frequency of children(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the number of children,children’s economic situation,relationship with childre,whether children out-migrantion for work and concern level of children had influence to rural elderly mental health(P<0.05).Conclusions Children are stii important source of mental consolation for rural elderly parents.there is ambivalence in and intergenerationanal relationship.More sons are not mean more fortunes,and the role of daughter is becoming more and more important,But children’s economic situation shows complexity in the influence.
