Thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping’s thinking on strengthening military to constantly improve the “five trends” level of equipment construction

不断提升武警部队装备建设体系化、实战化、信息化、机械化、法治化水平,必须深入学习贯彻习近平强军思想,深化认识、凝聚共识,紧盯短板、找准差距,聚焦打赢、创新举措,注重检验、落实评估,为加快推进武器装备现代化、有效履行"两个维护"职责使命提供坚强有力的物质技术支撑。

In order to improve the PAP’s equipment construction level of systematization,actual combat, informatization, mechanization and legalization, we should thoroughly study and carry out Xi Jinping’s thinking on strengthening military, deepen understanding, build consensus, identify gaps,focus on winning, take innovative measures, implementation and evaluation,for speeding up the modernization of weapons and equipment, and effectively fulfilling the responsibilities and missions of "two maintenance" to provide strong material and technical support.
