摘要
军事智能化是世界新军事变革发展的重要趋势。本文结合人类社会向智能化演进和军事智能化发展的背景,把握智能化时代科技创新节奏加速和颠覆性技术集中涌现特点规律,辨析新兴潜在颠覆性技术对军事各领域带来的影响,提出智能化时代加快构建利于颠覆性技术创新运用环境的若干建议。
Military intelligence is an important developing trend in the new military revolution over the world.This paper combines the background of human society and military’s evolution towards intelligence,and analyzed the acceleration of technological innovation paces in the intelligent era and the intensive emergences of disruptive technologies.Then,impacts of new potential disruptive technology on various military fields and the development direction of intelligent military transformation were investigated.Finally,suggestions on construction of an environment conducive to disruptive technological innovation in the era of intelligence were proposed.
