依托国防科技大学开设装备通用质量特性技术专业的思考

Thoughts on establishing the major of equipment general quality characteristics technology in National University of Defense Technology

装备通用质量特性对装备的作战能力、生存能力、部署机动性、维修保障和全寿命周期费用等具有重大影响,但目前我军装备通用质量特性技术人才的培养质量和规模都远远不能适应装备建设的迫切需求。本文探讨分析了依托国防科技大学开设装备通用质量特性技术专业的必要性和可行性,并提出了初步的培养方案和思路。

The general quality characteristics of the equipment have a major impact on the combat capability,survivability,deployment mobility,maintenance support and life cycle costs of the equipment.However,the quality and scale of the training of our military’s technical personnel of equipment general quality characteristics are far from being able to meet the urgent needs of equipment construction.This paper discusses and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of relying on the National University of Defense Technology to establish the major of equipment general quality characteristics technology,and puts forward the preliminary training plan and ideas.
