Treatment technology of reacted flowback acid in offshore oilfield

针对海上油田酸化返排液处理困难,影响平台油井酸化正常开展的问题,通过对现场酸化返排液特征进行分析,提出了以配套装置物理法处理为主,化学剂化学法处理为辅的联作解决方案,并试制集成式酸化返排液处理装置1套,研发出适合目标油田的酸化返排液处理剂1套,形成的配套技术可彻底解决海上油田酸化返排液处理难题。

According to the problem of treatment of reacted flowback acid which affected normal acidification operation in offshore oilfields.Through the analysis of the characteristics of acidizing backflow fluid,a solution was proposed,which mainly contain the physical treatment and chemical treatment agent,an integrated acidizing backflow fluid treatment device was trial-manufactured,and a set of acidizing backflow fluid treatment agent suitable for the target oilfield is developed.The matching technology could solve the problem of reacted flowback acid treatment in offshore oilfields.
