ERAS在PACU麻醉恢复期的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the application effect of ERAS in the recovery period of PACU anesthesia

目的探讨加速术后康复(ERAS)在麻醉恢复室(PACU)麻醉恢复期的应用效果。方法选择2016年10月~2018年3月我院收治的71例麻醉手术患者,依照康复方式的不同将其分为对照组(n=35)与试验组(n=36),对照组施以常规康复方式,试验组施以ERAS模式,观察两组患者术后认知功能障碍发生率与术后恢复时间。结果试验组的术后认知功能障碍发生率明显较低,术后恢复时间明显较短,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论ERAS在PACU麻醉恢复期的应用具有显著的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated postoperative rehabilitation(ERAS)in anesthesia recovery room(PACU)anesthesia recovery period.Methods 71 patients undergoing anesthesia surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to March 2018 were divided into control group(n=35)and experimental group(n=36)according to different rehabilitation methods.The control group received the routine rehabilitation method,and the experimental group received the ERAS mode.The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and postoperative recovery time were observed in the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction was significantly lower in the experimental group,and the postoperative recovery time was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS in the recovery period of PACU anesthesia has significant clinical effects.
