不同胎龄新生儿心电图特点与临床意义的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析对比不同胎龄新生儿心电图的特点及临床意义。方法选择我院收治的120例不同胎龄新生儿进行临床观察,按照胎龄的不同将其分成四个小组,分别为胎龄28~30周30例(A组),胎龄30~33周30例(B组),胎龄33~36周30例(C组)及胎龄36~40周30例(D组),针对四组不同胎龄新生儿实施心电图检测,对比不同胎龄新生儿心电图特点。结果早产新生儿心电图检测后的TV1心电图振幅与足月新生儿之间存在较为显著的差异(P<0.05);且随着胎龄的增长TV1心电图振幅逐渐增高。结论不同胎龄新生儿经心电图检测后TV1心电图振幅存在差异,为临床诊断新生儿心室功能提供参考,在母婴研究领域中的作用重大。
