康复治疗对剖宫产与阴道顺产早期盆底功能恢复的影响及效果对比

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy on Pelvic Floor Function Recovery in Early Stage of Cesarean Section and Vaginal Native Delivery

目的对比产后康复治疗对剖宫产产妇及阴道顺产产妇早期盆底功能的影响及效果。方法选择2018年1月~2018年10月在我院分娩的产妇98例为观察对象。49例剖宫产产妇为观察组,49例阴道顺产产妇为对照组。两组患者均采用购自法国杉山盆底康复治疗仪进行康复治疗,1月后对比两组盆底肌力和康复效果。结果治疗后两组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类盆底肌力均分别明显高于治疗前,P <0.05差异均有统计学意义,但治疗后两组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类盆底肌力对比P>0.05差异无统计学意义。两组康复效果对比P>0.05差异无统计学意义。结论康复治疗对剖宫产产妇及阴道顺产产妇早期盆底功能的恢复均有较好的康复效果,可推广应用。

Objective Effect of comparative rehabilitation therapy on pelvic floor function of cesarean section and vaginal spontaneous delivery. Methods Ninety-eight parturients delivered in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected as subjects for observation. 49 cases of cesarean section were the observation group, 49 cases of vaginal delivery were the control group. The pelvic floor muscle strength and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared after one month.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P< 0.05), but after treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P< 0.05), after treatment, the Ⅰ, Ⅱ style of pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was no significant difference(P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in rehabilitation effect between the two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy has a good effect on early pelvic floor function of cesarean section and vaginal spontaneous delivery. It can be popularized and applied.
