葛根胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗老年女性脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗的临床观察

Clinical observation of Gegen capsule combined with Aspirin in the treatment of Aspirin Resistance in elderly Women

目的为了观察葛根胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗老年女性脑梗死的临床效果。方法2017年6月~2018年12月,采用诱导剂测定的血小板聚集法筛选初次脑梗死老年女性患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用葛根粉胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗,采用X2检验评价两组治疗效果。结果200例患者有阿司匹林抵抗者72例,发生率为36%;治疗一个月后复查ADP及AA诱导血小板聚集,观察组患者治疗后恢复及复发事件均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛根胶囊联合阿司匹林能够有效地治疗老年女性脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗,具有减低阿司匹林剂量和副作用的优势。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gegen capsule combined with aspirin in the treatment of aspirin resistance in elderly women with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods From June 2017 to December 2018,200 elderly female patients with first cerebral infarction were selected by Platelet aggregation assay(PAA),which had been divided into a observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with Gegen capsule combined with Baiaspirin,and X2 test was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results 72 patients(72/200)with aspirin resistance were diagnosed,so the incidence was 36%.After one month,The outcome and recurrence events in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group by PAA(P<0.05).Conclusions Gegen capsule combined with Baiaspirin can effectively treat aspirin resistance in elderly women with ACI,which has the advantage of reducing the dose and side effects of aspirin.
