摘要
三维建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)自提出后便被逐步运用于房建、桥梁、隧道以及城市轨道交通领域,经过近二十年的发展与革新,中国的BIM技术已经从概念化走入了以建模为主的设计阶段,其技术应用愈发成熟,但在城市轨道交通领域应用中仍存在着许多问题。首先简要介绍了BIM技术在地铁土建施工中应用的研究背景、应用基本原则以及BIM建模需考虑的因素,并以福州地铁2号线为例,阐明了场地、车站、区间建模的步骤以及注意事项。其次,概述了BIM技术在地铁土建施工中质量、安全、成本管控、进度管理、施工方案模拟、区间风险管控、信息集散化等方面的应用情况。最后,针对福州地铁2号线BIM管理工作中遇到的实际问题与困难作出了简要分析,并提出了几点建议。
Building Information Modeling(BIM)has been gradually used in the field of housing construction,bridges,tunnels and urban rail transit since it was proposed.After nearly 20 years of development and innovation,China s BIM Technology has moved from conceptualization to modeling based design stage,and its technology application is becoming more and more mature,but it still exists in the field of urban rail transit.There are many problems.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background,basic principles of BIM application in civil construction of metro,and the factors to be considered in BIM modeling.Taking Fuzhou Metro Line 2 as an example,the steps and precautions of site,station and interval modeling are illustrated.Secondly,it summarizes the application of BIM Technology in quality,safety,cost control,schedule management,construction scheme simulation,interval risk control,information distribution and so on.Finally,the paper makes a brief analysis of the practical problems and difficulties encountered in the BIM management of Fuzhou Metro Line 2,and puts forward some suggestions.
