摘要
为强化盾构施工高技能型人才培养,基于计算机DCS操控系统和PLC智能模块技术一体的数字化模型,结合现有实训条件,提出一套可行性的盾构机仿真操作实训装置建设方案。该装置集演示教学、"反复拆装"训练、故障模拟训练系统于一体,通过计算机操控得到各系统设备运行控制功能,达到"教、学、训"一体化功能的目标,并针对研究成果在院校教学、社会培训应用和未来发展等方面进行了阐述和讨论。
In order to highlight the role of shield construction practice teaching in the cultivation of highly skilled talents,based on the digital model of computer DCS control system and PLC intelligent module technology,combined with the existing training conditions,a feasible construction plan of shield machine simulation operation and training device was proposed.The device set demonstration teaching,"repeatedly disassembling and fault simulation training system,training system is obtained by computer control equipment operation control functions,to achieve"integration of teaching,learning and training"function of target,and research in colleges and universities teaching,social training application and future development are expounded and discussed.
