中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值在急性肾损伤中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是一组以肾小球滤过率突然下降为特征的异质性疾病,常表现为血清肌酐浓度升高或少尿,可依据分期和原因进行分类。每年全球约有1330万患者发生AKI,其中近170万人死于AKI[1]。在我国,2013年约有290万成年住院患者罹患AKI,总体住院医疗费用高达1300万美元[2]。目前,血肌酐及尿量仍是诊断AKI的金标准,但肌酐值及尿量变化的诊断灵敏度及特异度不高。研究报道,在我国全部AKI住院患者中,约74%被临床主管医师漏诊[3]。因而,对AKI早期预测、发现、诊断及治疗尤为重要。
