CO2/N2开关亲水溶剂对废机油的分离性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 用CO2/N2开关亲水性溶剂(三乙胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺(DMCHA)、N,N-二甲基丁胺(DMBA))对废机油处理,初步探讨了开关亲水溶剂的开关性及对油的溶解性,同时分析了CO 2通入时间、温度以及油、溶剂和水的比例对废机油的分离影响。结果表明,三种开关亲水性溶剂均具有较好的开关性,且和油具有很好的混溶性。开关亲水性溶剂和废机油的分离的最优条件为:以N,N-二甲基环己胺(DMCHA)为溶剂,油、溶剂和水的比例为1∶2∶6(g∶mL∶mL),CO2通入时间为2 h,常温。在此条件下,废机油的分离效率可达到约为97%。在60℃水浴下通N2,开关亲水溶剂可以得到回收,N,N-二甲基环己胺的回收率最终可达到约为90%。 CO2/N2 Switchable hydrophilic solvent(SHS)(triethylamine(TEA),N,N-dimethylcyclohexylamine(DMCHA),N,N-dimethylbutylamine(DMBA))were applied in the separation of waste oil in the transportation industry.The switchablity of switchable hydrophilic solvents and the dissolution between waste oil were investigated.Moreover,the effect of different factors to the separation of waste oil were analyzed,such as the ratio of waste oil,solvent and water,the time of bubbling CO 2,the temperature.The results was showed that the switchable hydrophilic solvents possess excellent switchablity and the dissolution between waste oil;the condition that in the room temperature the ratio of waste oil,solvent and water was 1∶2∶6(g∶mL∶mL)and the time of bubbling CO2 was 2 h was the best to separate waste oil.Under the condition,the separation efficiency of waste oil was achieved 97%.In addition,bubbling N2 at 60℃,the recovery of DMCHA was up to 90%.
