摘要
利用空气颗粒物采样器收集空气样品,以2,2,4,4-四溴联苯醚(BDE-47)为模型化合物,建立空气中BDE-47的检测方法。在此基础上利用相分离技术制备连续多孔Fe2O3薄膜,考察催化条件(催化温度、催化时间、薄膜厚度)对热催化降解BDE-47效率的影响规律。研究结果表明,以0.8℃/min从室温升温到400℃所制备的Fe2O3薄膜,在300℃、120 min下对BDE-47标准品的降解效率高达99.6%,对实际空气样品中BDE-47的降解效率为95.0%。可为空气中BDE-47分析和去除提供有利的技术支持。
Air samples were collected by air particulate sampler,and 2,2,4,4-tetrabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-47)was used as the model compound to establish the analysis method of BDE-47 in air.On this basis,continuous porous Fe2O3 thin film catalyst was prepared by phase separation technology,and the effect of catalytic conditions(catalytic temperature,catalytic time and film thickness)on the efficiency of thermal catalytic degradation of BDE-47 was investigated.The results showed that prepared Fe2O3 thin film with 0.8℃/min heating rate of up to 400℃,have the degradation rate of BDE-47 with up to 99.6%at the 300℃and 120 min,that is same case for air samples of BDE-47 with the degradation rate of 95.0%.This study could provide technical support for analysis and removal of BDE-47 in air samples.
