摘要
以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸十六酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为原料合成了系列磺酸盐型高分子表面活性剂(简称SPS-n(n=3,5,7,9,11))。通过FTIR对其结构进行表征,利用特定黏数法测量了系列高分子表面活性剂的相对分子量,利用表面张力仪和界面张力仪对溶液的性质进行测定。结果表明,SPS-n系列高分子表面活性剂的相对分子量在106数量级范围,长碳链丙烯酸十六酯添加量越高,表面活性剂越容易形成胶束,胶束的粒径越大,SPS-11的临界胶束浓度最低,为7.6 g/L,最低表面张力为33.019 mN/m;乳化结果显示,在SPS-9的乳化系统中,油水分离时间达到240 min,SPS-7仅用了18 min就将油/水界面张力降至0.0035 mN/m;SPS-n系列高分子表面活性剂最终驱油效率为38.5%。
A series of sulfonate polymer surfactants(SPS-n(n=3,5,7,9,11))were synthesized from 2-acrylamide-2 methylpropionic acid,acrylamide,hexadecyl acrylate,butyl acrylate and styrene.The structure of the surfactants was characterized by FTIR,and the relative molecular weight of the surfactants was measured by specific viscosity method.The properties of the solutions were measured by surface tensiometer and interfacial tensiometer.The results show that the relative molecular weight of SPS-n series polymer surfactants is in the order of 106.The higher the amount of long chain hexadecyl acrylate is,the easier the surfactants form micelles.The larger the size of micelles,the lowest critical micelle concentration of SPS-11 is 7.6 g/L and the lowest surface tension is 33.019 mN/m.The emulsification results showed that in the emulsification system of SPS-9,the oil-water separation time was 240 min,and the oil-water interfacial tension was reduced to 0.0035 mN/m in only 18 min.The final oil displacement efficiency of SPS-n series surfactants is 38.5%.
