Research on Enterprise Knowledge Sharing Model Based on Cluster Innovation Mode——Taking Yunnan pharmaceutical industry as an example

知识共享是发挥集群优势的根源,通过分析产业集群知识共享的模式及特点,探讨知识共享对发挥集群优势的双重效应,提出基于平衡知识共享双重效应的新的共享框架,以准确发挥知识共享的正面作用,同时以云南医药产业为例进行实证,构建了知识共享模型,提出了新的解决建议。

Knowledge sharing is the root of the advantages of the cluster.By analyzing the patterns and characteristics of knowledge sharing in industrial clusters,this paper explores the dual effects of knowledge sharing on the advantages of clusters,and proposes a new sharing framework to accurately grasp the role of knowledge sharing in cluster innovation.Taking the Yunnan pharmaceutical industry as an example,the paper establishes a knowledge sharing model and proposes new solutions.
