摘要
变革型领导与交易型领导对酒店员工工作满意度的影响,已有研究尚未得出一致结论。本文采用元分析技术考察变革型领导、交易型领导及其各维度与员工工作满意度间的关系,并探讨其中可能存在的调节效应。共21项实证研究和98个独立效应量被纳入元分析,被试人数为24124人。结果显示:(1)变革型领导与酒店员工工作满意度显著正相关,交易型领导与酒店员工工作满意度之间的相关关系不显著;(2)变革型领导各维度均与员工工作满意度均存在显著的正相关,关联强度由大到小排序分别为领导魅力、个性化关怀、愿景激励和智力激发;(3)交易型领导的权变奖励和积极的例行管理维度与员工工作满意度之间呈现显著正相关,但消极的例行管理与员工工作满意度显著负相关;(4)文化背景和文献出版类型对变革型领导、交易型领导与员工工作满意度间关系可以起到显著的调节作用。
Though some researches have been done,a consensus conclusion about the influence of leaders’transformation leadership and transaction leadership on hotel employee job satisfaction has not reached.Based on 98 independent samples(N=24124)from 21 studies this paper did a meta-analysis review to examine the relation between transformational leadership,transactional leadership,their dimensions,and stuff satisfaction,and explored into the possible moderating effects.The results shows that:(1)transformational leadership and hotel employee job satisfaction is significantly and positively correlated,but there is no significant correlation between transactional leadership and job satisfaction;(2)there is a significant positive correlation between every dimension of transformational leadership and employee job satisfaction,ranking from big to small,are the leadership charm,individual consideration,inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation;(3)contingent reward and active management-by-exception are significantly and positively related to employee job satisfaction,and passive management-by-exception is significantly and negatively related to it;(4)cultural background and literature publication play a moderating effect on these two.
