基于圆网印花涂层的单向导湿毛针织物的开发 被引量:5

摘要 为提高羊毛织物服用舒适性能,提出基于圆网印花涂层的单向导湿加工技术,并开发了单向导湿毛针织物。根据单向导湿机制,重点研究亲水树脂整理、圆网印花整理工艺,验证加工工艺对毛针织物吸湿速干性及单向导湿性的影响规律,并建立起亲水整理、圆网印花整理与毛针织物单向导湿性的关系。结果表明:采用防缩羊毛纤维,提高吸湿速干整理剂用量,适当增加浸轧压力并延长烘焙时间,可明显提高毛针织物亲水性;圆网印花疏水整理相较于其他整理工艺疏水效果更佳,且具有良好的耐洗色牢度;提高疏水整理剂用量及烘干定形温度,降低整理车速,单向导湿性能更佳。 In order to improve the comfort of wool fabrics, a one-way moisture transferring processing technology based on rotary screen printing was proposed, and a one-way moisture transferring knitted fabric was developed. According to the one-way moisture transferring mechanism, the research focused on the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying hydrophilic finishing and the rotary screen printing hydrophobic finishing process, and the influence of the processing technology on the hydrophilicity and the one-way moisture transferring of the wool knitted fabric was explored, and the relationship between hydrophilic finish, the rotary screen printing as well as the one-way moisture transferring property of wool knitted fabric. The results showed that the hydrophilicity of the wool knitted fabric can be improve obviously when using anti-shrinkage wool fiber, increasing the amount of moisture-absorbing and quick-drying resin and prolonging the immersion time. The hydrophobicity of the finishing by rotary printing is better than other finishing processes with better washing resistance. Better one-way moisture transferring performance can be achieved by reducing the speed of finishing and reduce finishing speed.
