摘要 为了进一步提高毛衫设计师开发与设计复杂针织花型的能力,重点分析局部编织的工作原理。以STOLL电脑横机技术为基础,利用局部编织技术特点,开发系列横向多色针织花型织物,包括:色块的穿插、波纹曲线、色块间隔。合理设计花型结构单元、建立局部编织模块,结合不同纱线的性能编织出具有较强装饰性、花型独特的横向多色针织面料。文章在编织实物的基础上总结技术要点,目的在于为毛衫设计师提供更为宽阔的思路,以拓展针织服装设计思维。 In order to develop and design complex knitting patterns,the principle of partial knitting was analyzed.Based on the technology of STOLL computer flat machine and the characteristics of the partial knitting technology,the series of horizontal multi-color knitting pattern were developed,including color block interpolation,corrugation curves,color block spacing.Combined with the performance of different yarns,the horizontal multi-color knitted fabrics with strong decorative and unique pattern were developed by establishing the local pattern appropriately and local knit module.On the basis of summing up the technical points,a broader idea was provided for the sweater designers to expand the design thinking.
