中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的用药监护

Pharmaceutical Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing and Treating the Coronavirus Disease 2019

目的合理应用中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎。方法对《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六版)》中涉及的8种中药注射剂、6种口服中成药及10种中药汤剂进行梳理,参考2015年版《中国药典(一部)》、药品说明书及相关文献,提出临床用药监护要点。结果与结论通过临床用药监护,可为临床医务人员提供用药参考,及时制订有效的用药方案,促进中医药在防治新型冠状病毒肺炎中的合理应用,提高使用的安全性和有效性。

Objective To prevent the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)by rational use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Eight kinds of TCM injections,six kinds of oral TCM and ten kinds of TCM decoctions involved in the Diagnosis and Treatment Project for the COVID-19(Trial Version 6 th)were analyzed.Referring to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition,VolumeⅠ),drug instructions and related literature,the key points of clinical pharmaceutical care for patients were put forward.Results and Conclusion Through clinical pharmaceutical care,it can provide medication reference for clinical medical staff and make effective medication plan in time.Meanwhile,it can promote the rational use of TCM in preventing and treating the COVID-19 and improve its safety and efficacy.
