摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中是急诊科常见急危重症之一,发病后能否及时溶栓治疗直接影响患者预后,充分利用紧急医疗救护系统有利于急性脑卒中患者早期救治.本文就“卒中生存链”中处于院前救治阶段的三个主要环节包括发现、派遣、转运的现状,以及存在的问题、未来展望做一综述.
Acute ischemic stroke is one of the common emergency and critical diseases in emergency department.Timely thrombolytic therapy from symptom onset to treatment is strongly correlated with the clinical outcome of acute stroke patients.Making full use of emergency medical services is conducive to the early treatment of patients presenting acute stroke.The aim of this study was to review the current situation x existing problems and future prospects in the first three steps(Detection,Dispatch,Delivery)in the pre-hospital stage of stroke chain of survival.
