摘要
近年来,中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)损伤后的再生与修复一直备受关注,其与再生障碍和中枢系统的微环境中存在不利因素有关.神经生长抑制因子A(neunte outgrowth inhibitor A,Nogo-A)作为神经生长抑制因子(neurite outgrowth inhibitor,Nogo)家族的成员之一,在CNS可特异性地抑制轴突生长.本文将阐释Nogo-A及其受体NgR的基本结构和功能,及其在神经系统再生等方面的最新研究进展.
In recent years,the regeneration and repair of central nervous system(CNS)after injury have been concerned.The regeneration of CNS is related to the existence of factors against regeneration in the microenvironment of CNS.Neurite outgrowth inhibitor A(Nogo-A)is a member of the nerve growth inhibitor(neurite outgrowth inhibitor,Nogo)family and is a central nervous system specific axon growth inhibitor.In this paper,we will explain the recent discoveries of the basic structure,functions and latest research progress in nervous system regeneration related to both Nogo-A and its receptors.
