摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国由单一、封闭的师范教育体系转向为多元、开放的教师教育体系。2018年《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》提出“建立以师范院校为主体、高水平非师范院校参与的中国特色师范教育体系”,“师范教育”重新回到政策文本并受到关注,地方师范院校在面临“双一流”建设、教师资格考试、应用型高校转型等诸多挑战的同时,迎来了《教师教育振兴行动计划》《师范类专业认证实施办法》等政策机遇,广东省师范院校还有《广东省“新师范”建设方案》《粤港澳大湾区建设发展规划》等政策推动,从四个方面提出了地方师范院校可以做出的尝试和探索。
Since the 1990s,China has changed from a single and closed teacher education system to a pluralistic and open teacher education system.In 2018,opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era was proposed to"establish a teacher education system with Chinese characteristics with normal colleges as the main body and high-level non-normal colleges participating",and"teacher education"returned back to the policy text and received much attention.How to understand the"teacher education"proposed in the new era?Local normal colleges in the face of The national"Double First-rate"strategic plan",teachers'qualification examinations,applied transformation of colleges and universities,and many other challenges at the same time,co-emerged as opportunities,such as"Teacher Education Revitalization Action Plan","The Measures for Implementation of Professional Certification of Teachers".As normal universities in Guangdong,they have other policies such as"New Normal University"and"Development plan for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area".So from four aspects we can make exploration to promote the local normal universities.
