婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与超重/肥胖的关系

The relationship between iron deficiency anemia and overweight/obesity in infants

目的 :探讨婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与超重/肥胖的关系。方法 :选择2018年3-8月上海芦潮港社区卫生服务中心儿童保健门诊系统中管理的586例0~3岁婴幼儿作为研究对象,对研究对象进行体格测量及血常规检查,分析婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与超重/肥胖的关系。结果 :本次调查人群缺铁性贫血和超重/肥胖患病率分别为3.24%和28.50%。超重/肥胖儿缺铁性贫血患病率(7.19%)高于体重正常儿(1.68%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与体重正常儿相比,超重/肥胖儿发生缺铁性贫血的粗比值比(OR)为4.55(95%CI:1.76~11.76)。结论 :超重/肥胖能够增加婴幼儿发生缺铁性贫血的风险,预防和控制超重/肥胖对防治婴幼儿缺铁性贫血具有积极意义。

Objective: To explore the relationship between iron deficiency anemia and overweight/obesity in infants. Methods: Five hundred and eighty-six infants aged from 0 to 3 years who were managed in the child care clinic system of Luchaogang Community Health Service Center of Shanghai from March to August 2018 were selected as the research objects, and physical measurements and routine blood tests were performed for the objects, and the relationship between iron deficiency anemia and overweight/obesity in infants and young children was analyzed. Results: The prevalence of iron deficiency anemia and overweight/obesity in the survey population was 3.24% and 28.50%, respectively. The prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in overweight/obese children(7.19%) was higher than that in normal weight children(1.68%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The crude odds ratio(OR) of iron deficiency anemia in overweight/obese children was 4.55(95% CI: 1.76-11.76) compared with normal-weight children. Conclusion: Overweight/obesity can increase the risk of iron deficiency anemia in infants, and the prevention and control of overweight/obesity is of positive significance for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia in infants.
