中小学生正处于人生成长的“拔节孕穗期”,需要精心引导和栽培。促进中小学生健康成长需要各方面的力量参与,加强中小学思想政治教育的协同机制构建具有重要现实意义。中小学思想政治教育协同机制构建在学科之间、家校之间、校社之间、媒介之间和教管之间缺乏有效协同等实然困境,为此应树立战略思维和系统思维,从构建“家校社”共育机制、优化“宏中微”育人环境、盘活“人财物”资源保障,推动中小学思想政治教育协同机制构建。

Elementary and middle school students are in the“jointing booting stage”of life growth,and they need to be carefully guided and cultivated.Promoting the healthy growth of elementary and middle school students requires the participation of forces from all sides,and strengthening the construction of a coordinated mechanism of ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools has important practical significance.This article analyzes the actual dilemmas of the lack of effective coordination between disciplines,between home and school,between schools and communities,between the media,and between teaching and management in the construction of ideological and political education in primary and middle schools.Establish strategic thinking and systematic thinking and proceed from the three aspects of constructing the co-education mechanism of“home-school-community”,optimizing“macro-central-micro”educating environment and activating resource security of“people-property-things”,so as to promote the construction of a coordinated mechanism for ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools.
