甲氨蝶呤单剂量肌内注射联合米非司酮口服治疗宫外孕的效果观察

Effect of methotrexate single dose intramuscular injection combined with oral administration of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探究甲氨蝶呤单剂量肌内注射联合米非司酮口服治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法:2017年3月-2019年8月收治宫外孕患者180例,随机分为两组,各90例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤单剂量治疗;试验组给予甲氨蝶呤单剂量联合米非司酮治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,且阴道止血、住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤单剂量肌内注射联合米非司酮口服治疗宫外孕疗效显著,可降低不良反应发生率,缩短阴道出血时间和住院时间。

Objective:To explore the effect of methotrexate single dose intramuscular injection combined with oral administration of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From March 2017 to August 2019,180 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 90 cases in each.The control group was treated with methotrexate single dose,the experimental group was treated with methotrexate single dose combined with mifepristone.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the time of vaginal hemostasis and hospitalization was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of methotrexate single dose intramuscular injection combined with oral administration of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is significant,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and hospitalization.
