摘要 目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床疗效。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治老年慢性支气管炎患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组使用常规药物治疗;观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎性因子水平变化。结果:观察组症状消失时间明显短于对照组,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后炎性因子水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床疗效显著,能提升抑制炎症效果,降低炎性因子水平,促进症状快速缓解。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:120 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were selected from May 2018 to May 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation on the basis of conventional medicine.We compared the clinical efficacy,the time of symptom disappearance and the level of inflammatory factors between the two groups.Results:The time of symptom disappearance in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The aerosol inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,which can improve the effect of suppressing inflammation,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and promote rapid relief of symptoms.
