腹腔镜广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗宫颈癌临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy in the treatment of cervical cancer

目的:研究宫颈癌患者实施腹腔镜广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术的临床效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治宫颈癌患者56例,随机分为两组,各28例。参照组行开腹广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术;试验组通过腹腔镜广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术;比较两组患者手术相关指标、术后并发症情况。结果:两组手术时长、淋巴清扫数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组切口长度、出血量、阴道切除长度低于参照组,试验组排气时长、引流时长、住院时长较短,试验组术后并发症发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者腹腔镜广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗效果显著,患者术后恢复时间较短,能降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:56 patients with cervical cancer were selected from April 2018 to April 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 28 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with open radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection,while those in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection.The operation related indexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the length of operation and the number of lymphadenectomy.The incision length,bleeding volume and vaginal resection length of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group.The exhaust time,drainage time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter.The incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy is effective for cervical cancer patients.The postoperative recovery time of patients is short,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
