痰热清注射液对老年人脑梗死合并吸入性肺炎的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of tanreqing injection in the elderly with cerebral infarction and aspiration pneumonia

目的:分析痰热清注射液对老年人脑梗死合并吸入性肺炎的应用价值。方法:2016年5月-2018年2月收治患者老年脑梗死合并吸入性肺炎患者106例,随机分为两组,各53例。对照组采用常规治疗;研究组采用常规治疗+痰热清注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,研究组住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗老年脑梗死合并吸入性肺炎患者效果明显,可以促进患者早日康复。

Objective:To analyze the application value of tanreqing injection in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and aspiration pneumonia.Methods:106 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and aspiration pneumonia were selectd from May 2016 to February 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the study group was treated with routine therapy combined with tanreqing injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and aspiration pneumonia,and can promote the early recovery of patients.
