社区中医综合疗法治疗非急性缺血性脑卒中疗效评估探讨

Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of community TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment of non acute ischemic stroke

目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗非急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:2016年8月-2017年8月收治非急性缺血性脑卒中患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采用针刺治疗;观察组运用中医综合疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后改良Rankin量表和生存质量评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗非急性缺血性脑卒中,可以改善患者预后。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of community TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment of non acute ischemic stroke.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2017,200 patients with non acute ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases in each.The control group was treated with acupuncture,the observation group was treated with TCM comprehensive therapy.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the modified Rankin scale and quality of life score after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the prognosis of patients with non acute ischemic stroke.
