温针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的有效性研究

Research on the effectiveness of needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis

目的:研究温针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的有效性。方法:2016年4月-2018年4月收治急性期周围性面瘫患者56例,按入院时间顺序和患者意愿分为两组,各28例。对照组采用先用药后用针的治疗方式;治疗组采用温针灸方式治疗。比较两组治疗效果和痊愈时间。结果:治疗组总有效率及治愈时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫效果显著,可使患者尽快痊愈。

Objective:To investigate the effect of needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:From April 2016 to April 2018,56 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission and the wishes of the patients with 28 patients in each group.The control group was treated with medicine first and then with acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with needle warming moxibustion.The therapeutic effect and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and the recovery time of the treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The needle warming moxibustion is effective in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis,which can make the patients recover as soon as possible.
