单纯经腹部超声检查与联合经阴道超声检查对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the diagnostic value of simple transabdominal ultrasound and combined transvaginal ultrasound in adenomyosis

目的:分析单纯经腹部超声检查与联合经阴道超声检查对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治子宫腺肌病患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。参照组单纯经腹部超声检查;研究组联合经阴道超声检查。比较两组诊断准确率及血流动力学指标水平。结果:研究组检查准确率及血流动力学各项指标水平均显著优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯经腹部超声检查相比,应用联合经阴道超声检查效果更好,具有更高的准确率。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of simple transabdominal ultrasound and combined transvaginal ultrasound in adenomyosis.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,98 patients with adenomyosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 49 cases in each.The control group received simple transabdominal ultrasound and the study group received combined transvaginal ultrasound.We compared the diagnostic accuracy and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the accuracy of examination and the level of hemodynamic indexes were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple transabdominal ultrasound,the application of combined transvaginal ultrasound is better,it has a higher accuracy.
