慢性心衰患者心脏超声诊断参数价值研究

Study on the value of cardiac ultrasound diagnostic parameters in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨分析慢性心衰患者心脏超声诊断参数价值。方法:2018年3-9月收治慢性心衰患者82例作为试验组,另选取心功能正常的人31例作为对照组,均采用心脏超声诊断方式,观察分析两组患者的参数情况。结果:试验组患者除射血分数有所降低外,瓣膜反流、左房内径、左房收缩末期容积、心室间延迟(IVD)、左心室充盈时间占心动周期的比例(AVD)以及E峰减速时间的数值分别为0.732、0.634、0.652、0.531、0.11、0.533均增加,说明试验组除了射血分数小于对照组,瓣膜反流、左房内径、左房收缩末期容积、IVD、AVD以及E峰减速时间数值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脏超声诊断可以全面且客观的检查慢性心衰患者的心脏功能情况,可靠性强,经济成本低。

Objective:To explore the value of cardiac ultrasound diagnostic parameters in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:82 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from March to September 2018 as the experimental group,and 31 patients with normal heart function were selected as the control group,all patients were diagnosed by echocardiography,and the parameters of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:With the improvement of heart function grading,the ejection fraction of patients in the experimental group decreased,while the other ultrasonic parameters of heart failure increased.There was negative correlation between ejection fraction and BNP,and positive correlation between other indexes.The ejection fraction of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the other indexes were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac ultrasound diagnosis can comprehensively and objectively examine the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,with high reliability and low economic cost.
