睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与血浆磷脂酶A2、血同型半胱氨酸、血压昼夜节律的关系

Relationship between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and plasma phospholipase A2,blood homocysteine and circadian rhythm of blood pressure

目的:分析睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)与血浆磷脂酶A2、血同型半胱氨酸、血压昼夜节律的相关性。方法:2018年1月-2019年8月收治睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者60例作为观察组,再按病情严重程度分为A、B、C三组各20例。另选取同期接受检查的健康人60例作为对照组。比较四组血浆磷脂酶A2、血同型半胱氨酸、血压昼夜节律。结果:C组血浆磷脂酶A2、血同型半胱氨酸水平均显著高于B组、A组和对照组,且B组高于A组,A组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组非杓型血压曲线显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与血浆磷脂酶A2、血同型半胱氨酸、血压昼夜节律存在显著相关性,可积极预防心血管疾病的发生。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)and plasma phospholipase A2,bloodhomocysteine and circadian rhythm of blood pressure.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019,60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were treated as the observation group,according to the severity of the disease,they were divided into A group,B group,C group with 20 patients in each group.Another 60 healthy subjects in the same period of examination were selected as the control group.The plasma phospholipase A2,,blood homocysteine and circadian rhythm of blood pressure were compared among the four groups.Results:The levels of plasma phospholipase A2,and blood homocysteine in group C were significantly higher than in group B,group A and the control group,the group B was higher than the group A,the group A was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The non dipper blood pressure curve in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and plasma phospholipase A2,blood homocysteine and circadian rhythm of blood pressure,it can actively prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.
