血清胱抑素Cys-C对早期诊断糖尿病肾病的临床价值分析

The clinical value of serum cystatin Cys-C in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

目的:分析血清胱抑素Cys-C早期诊断糖尿病肾病的临床应用价值。方法:2018年8月-2019年8月收治糖尿病肾病患者125例,随机分为正常尿蛋白组43例、微量尿蛋白组41例、临床尿蛋白组41例,另外选取健康体检者40例作为常规组。四组均进行血清胱抑素Cys-C和血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素浓度(Sur)等常规指标监测。比较四组检测结果。结果:四组内源性指标检测结果比较,正常尿蛋白组、微量尿蛋白组和临床尿蛋白组血清胱抑素Cys-C水平显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清胱抑素Cys-C属于一种可以检测糖尿病肾病的灵敏指标,随患者病情加重,其身体内部血清胱抑素Cys-C水平出现显著升高现象。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of serum cystatin Cys-C in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2019,125 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into normal proteinuria group(43 cases),microalbuminuria group(41 cases)and clinical proteinuria group(41 cases),in addition,40 healthy people were selected as the routine group.All the four groups were monitored by serum cystatin Cys-C,serum creatinine(Scr)and serum urea concentration(Sur).We compared the results of four groups.Results:The detection results of four endogenous indexes were obvious,In the normal proteinuria group,microalbuminuria group and clinical proteinuria group,the level of serum cystatin Cys-C was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum cystatin Cys-C is a sensitive index for the detection of diabetic nephropathy,with the aggravation of patients'condition,the level of serum cystatin Cys-C in the body will increase significantly.
