创新护理带教法与传统护理带教法对于急诊科新入护士培训成效的对比 被引量:6

Comparison of training effectiveness of innovative nursing teaching method and traditional nursing teaching method for new nurses in emergency department

摘要 目的:探讨创新护理带教法与传统护理带教法对于急诊科新入护士培训成效的对比。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月急诊科新入护士40名,随机分为两组,各30名。试验组采用创新护理培训法;对照组采用传统护理培训法。比较两组理论考核合格率、技能考核合格率及患者满意度。结果:试验组理论考核合格率、技能考核合格率及患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:创新护理培训效果明显优于传统护理带教法。 Objective:To explore the effectiveness comparison between innovative nursing teaching method and traditional nursing teaching method in the training of new nurses in emergency department.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,40 new nurses in emergency department were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 nurses in each group.The experimental group adopted the innovative nursing training method,while the control group adopted the traditional nursing training method.The qualified rate of theoretical examination,the qualified rate of skill assessment and the satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:The qualified rate of theoretical assessment,the qualified rate of skill assessment and patients'satisfaction in the experimental group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The training effectivenessof innovative nursing training method is obviously better than traditional nursing teaching method.
