风险评估护理对COPD伴呼吸衰竭行机械通气患者血气分析指标及预后的影响

Effect of risk assessment nursing on blood gas analysis index and prognosis of COPD patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation

目的:探讨风险评估护理干预对COPD伴呼吸衰竭行机械通气患者的影响。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理基础上实施风险评估护理干预。对比两组血气分析指标水平及预后情况。结果:观察组干预后动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)及pH值均高于对照组,动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COPD伴呼吸衰竭行机械通气患者实施风险评估护理能够有效改善患者血气分析指标水平,减少并发症,利于患者预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of risk assessment nursing on COPD patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,86 patients with COPD and respiratory failure were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 43 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given risk assessment nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the blood gas analysis indexes and prognosis between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after intervention,PaO2,SaO2 and pH were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk assessment nursing for COPD patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation can effectively improve the level of blood gas analysis indicators,reduce complications and facilitate the prognosis of patients.
