优质护理干预在预防剖宫产术后尿潴留的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing intervention on prevention of urinary retention after cesarean section

目的:研究优质护理干预在预防剖宫产后尿潴留的应用效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治剖宫产产妇1560例,按护理干预方式不同分为两组,各780例。对照组展开常规干预;研究组在常规干预基础上展开优质护理干预。对比两组尿潴留发生率及满意度。结果:研究组术后尿潴留发生率低于对照组,且研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预不仅能对剖宫产术后尿潴留的发生起到防治作用,还可有效提升产妇满意度。

Objective:To research the effect of high quality nursing intervention in preventing urinary retention after cesarean section.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,1560 cases of cesarean section were enrolled,they were divided into two groups with 780 case in each group,according to different nursing intervention mode.The control group carried out routine intervention and the research group carried out high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The incidence of urinary retention and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the research group was lower than in the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention can not only prevent and control the occurrence of urinary retention after cesarean section,but also effectively improve the satisfaction of parturients.
