社区老人慢性病健康教育干预效果

Effect of health education intervention on chronic diseases of the elderly in community

目的:观察社区老年慢性病健康教育干预效果。方法:2018年1-12月选取社区患慢性疾病老年患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组26例实施常规社区护理;观察组74例在常规护理基础上进行健康教育干预。比较两组护理后的健康认知水平。结果:观察组护理后健康知识水平改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区老年慢性病患者应用健康教育干预能够有效提高老年人的自我护理能力,改善健康知识水平。

Objective:To observe the effect of health education intervention on elderly chronic diseases in community.Methods:100 elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups.26 cases in the control group received routine community nursing and 74 cases in the observation group received health education intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared health cognitive level between the two groups after nursing.Results:The improvement of health knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education intervention can effectively improve the self-care ability and health knowledge level of the elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community.
