探讨社区规范管理对糖尿病患者治疗依从性和血糖的影响

To explore the influence of community standard management on the treatment compliance and blood glucose of diabetic patients

目的:探讨社区规范管理对糖尿病患者治疗依从性和血糖的影响。方法:选取2016年1-6月社区2型糖尿病患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。两组患者均接受相同的药物治疗,观察组在用药基础上进行规范管理。比较两组空腹血糖水平及治疗依从性。结果:观察组血糖水平及治疗依从性均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区规范管理对提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性及控制血糖水平有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the influence of community standard management on the treatment compliance and blood glucose of diabetic patients.Methods:From January to June 2016,120 patients with type 2 diabetes in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases in each.Both groups received the same drug treatment,the observation group received standardized management on the basis of medication.We compared fasting blood glucose levels and treatment compliance between the two groups.Results:The blood glucose level and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized community management is of great significance to improve the treatment compliance and control blood glucose level of diabetic patients.
