“战略场域”承载的组织认知、行动和战略变化——基于东方汽轮机的案例研究 被引量:2

摘要 组织认知与行动的交互在场域中如何影响战略变化的程度?本文从组织认知与行动的不同优先级出发,基于战略变化理论和场域理论对东方汽轮机有限公司从1966年到2017年间影响战略变化的关键事件进行案例分析,探讨战略变化的过程机制并提出了“战略场域”的概念。研究发现,组织认知与行动的交互通过改变企业的场域来调整战略变化的程度。当企业以行动主导与场域之间的交互,战略以演化的方式变化;当组织认知与行动的变化相协调时,促进战略转型的出现。组织认知与行动的交互在场域的驱动和聚焦作用下开拓出新的场域,促进战略演化到战略转型的变化。通过将场域的视角引入战略变化的过程研究,构建了组织认知、行动与战略变化之间的桥梁,深化了对战略变化过程的理解,并为场域在战略变化过程中的作用提供了新的解释。 How does the interaction of organizational cognition and the action affect the degree of strategic change in the field?Based on different priorities of the organization's cognition and action in decision making,this paper conducts a case study of the key events affecting strategic changes of Dongfang Turbine from 1966 to 2017 based on the strategic change theory and field theory and discusses the process mechanisms of the strategic change.The study puts forward the concept of“strategic field”and finds that the interaction between organizational cognition and action adjusts the degree of the strategic change by changing the field.When the organizations interact with the turbulent field through the action,it will promote the evolution of the strategy;and when the change of organizational cognition and action is coordinated,it promotes the emergence of strategic transformation.The interaction of organizational cognition and action opens up a new field under the driving and focusing function of the field.It promotes the change from strategic evolution to strategic transformation.By introducing the perspective of field into the process study of strategic change,this paper builds the bridge between organizational cognition,action and strategic change,which can not only deepen the understanding of the process of strategic change,but also provide a new explanation for the role of field in the process of strategic change.
